Natasha has over 5 years of experience and has worked as an in-house attorney for Bharat Aluminium Company Limited (a subsidiary of the Vedanta group), where she was involved in litigation strategy, commercial contracting and statutory compliance.
She is experienced in advising and representing national and multi-national companies on matters relating to commercial laws, insolvency law, environmental law, and labour laws and has appeared before judicial forums in India. She also has exposure in drafting and negotiating contracts for setting up wind power projects, and has worked on transactions and acquisitions in the roads and renewable power sectors.
Natasha graduated from the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi in 2017. Prior to joining BTG Advaya, she worked at Trilegal where she part of the Energy and Infrastructure practice.
