Kalindhi is a Partner in the Technology, Media and Communications practice group of BTG Advaya.  She advises clients on laws relating to internet regulation, data privacy, digital payments, online content, fintech and e-commerce.

She also has experience in general corporate advisory and has advised clients on investing and setting up new businesses in India. Her clients are established companies in the sectors of FMCG, social media, travel, telecom and payment solutions and are primarily based out of Europe, Southeast Asia and USA. 


Kalindhi has featured as a writer in multiple domestic and overseas publications on topics of data privacy, data surveillance and online payment regulations. She also supports with the firm’s pro bono initiatives and has led an award-winning project.   


Kalindhi graduated in law from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. She previously worked as a management trainee at Aditya Birla Group.

Received the TrustLaw Awards for her work on a project pertaining to the rights of refugees to access fair and lawful work in the Asia Pacific region.
