Jay is a part of Tax team at BTG Advaya, where he helps with Corporate and Personal Tax related matters, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, compliance and litigation.
 

Before joining BTG Advaya, Jay worked as an assistant at Shaparia Mehta and Associates a renowned CA Firm, where he gained experience in audit, taxation, accounts, and finance. He got opportunity to work with clients in various industries and majorly into pharmaceuticals, logistics, and metallurgy. Jay holds good knowledge of Indian Income Tax and Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Jay is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from KJ Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce.
