Harshal has experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, corporate restructuring, and dispute resolution.

He has managed board and shareholders' meetings, due diligence, corporate filings, and investor relations. He has worked on corporate transformations, overseen demergers, and managed stakeholder relations. His experience also includes handling the issuance of securities and preparing legal documents. 

He is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce.
